Virgin Australia B737-800 VH-VUB (1st re-visit to Adelaide)

Virgin Australia B737-800 VH-VUB arrived ex. Melbourne at 19.25hrs operating 'VA436'. The aircraft departed back to Melbourne at 20.35hrs as 'VA246'.

This is VUB's 1st visit to Adelaide in Virgin Australia livery. This aircraft made its 1st visit to Adelaide on in October 2004 when it was operating to Virgin Blue wearing Virign Blue livery. This aircraft also holds the honor of operating the final ever domestic passenger service to depart from Adelaide Airport's old domestic terminal It was then painted into Pacific Blue livery and fitted with winglets and flew with Virgin Blue in New Zealand and flew as ZK-PBJ. On 19/2/15 the aircraft was transferred back onto the Australian register and began domestic and international operations with Virgin Australia.
